I agree to this idea to an extent. The people that benefited from the regime should be responsible, if not punished, but with varying degrees depending on what they did in the regime. I agree with that movie that Ms. Saxelby recommended about being marked with what they did forever as punishment.
Justice connects to forgiveness because they are both equally needed, especially for an event like this.
